I want to tell you all about the book but like I did that in the book. I'll tell you this. I've been telling people stories for decades. I've been saying I wanted to be the black David Sedaris for a decade. I been doing a lot of things except sitting down and writing. Writers write. And it was when I sat my ass down and wrote that this book manifested itself. And I became what I always said I wanted to be, an American humorist.
