What is Harry The Third Productions? |
Harry The Third Productions is a production company founded by Yusef J. Williams for the purpose of producing himself and his friends in revue-style shows. More specifically solo and duo sketch comedy shows and/or one-person shows with a comedic lean. Many emerging and even successful sketch comedians go unproduced. Their revue-style shows are often found as part of festivals and fringes where they have to pay to play. If a show is mounted, the revue is completely financed by the artist. This means that not only must the artist be writer and performer, but production manager, marketing director, public relations director, ticketing agent, communication liaison, and janitor. Harry the Third Productions (HTTP) aims to change this dynamic. Here at HTTP, we respect the revue style show and its artists. These artists find joy in creating and performing their shows. That joy is sucked out of the artist by the minutia and risk involved in producing a show. We believe that artists should be paid for their work. At HTTP, we aim to we assume the risk, deal with the minutia, and pay the artist, allowing the artist to focus on what matters, creating their dream show in a joyful and rewarding atmosphere. |

HTTP's First Season: The Season of The Revue |
We are producing a season of revue-style shows with some of the most talented artists in the Greater Los Angeles area. This season, we are bringing to you shows from Christina Anthony, Frank Caeti, Vickie Eisenstein, Emily Markoe, Asia Martin & Angela Oliver, Pure and Weary, Damon Royster, Patrick Rowland, Rebecca Sohn, and Seth K. Thomas. Shows will be the second Saturday night of each month from July, 2025 - May, 2026. We're excited to bring you a season worth of joyful shows that are sure to add some laughter to your life! We will be in touch soon about upcoming productions, how to attend, how to get a season pass, how to advertise with HTTP, and all of our other exciting endeavors.
